- Approval of last minute’s meeting (11/9/20); Crystal motioned to approve, Lara 2nd, all present approved.

- Discuss upcoming TSSP and Land Trust Plan and school needs
- $86,000 budget for each plan remaining
- Goals
- K-3 = Acadience goal of 80% growth
- Grades 4-5 = 2% growth in RISE (end of year). RISE is more comprehenseive but more difficult to measure
- Past spending:
- Chromebooks in the past
- This year all toward salaries for instruction aides, extra brain booster with Sharla and no longer need to combine grade levels, which has resulted in good behavior management.
- TSSP spent on P/T social worker and extended Cassie’s hours (art teacher)
- We will have Acadience data the beginning of February and can use the data to make new goals for 2021/2022.
- Discuss Child Access Routing Plan (SNAP)
- An extra sidewalk was added
- Maintain the crossing guards at the front and side of school
- Signing and pushing in sidewalk and grass median denied by Sandy City
- Lara will sign virtually, Michelle and Zac to sign plan in person
- Discuss and approve amendment to TSSP
- We have a school psychologist on loan
- We did not have to pay for the social worker. It was covered.
- That leaves $44,000 in funds earmarked for social worker salary to be reallocated.
- Proposed to use $44,000 to update technology so that devices are 1:1
- Zac motioned to approve, including technology in the amendment, Brooke 2nd, all present approved
- Review current TSSP and Land Trust Implementation
- $122.06 projected to be left in TSSP budget after the amendment to add technology
- $4,000 projected to be remaining in Land Trust budget, which is an acceptable amount
- PTA Update
- Chinese New Year will not be a big assembly. It will be a party in a box and a virtual puppet show.

- One 5th grade teacher resigned
- Mr. Pritchard wil replace and take over the class on January 25th
