        4. Hours of instructional technician in drama (TSSP $21,000)

      1. How will we create a positive environment in our school?
        1. BOTVIN in 4th grade and NOVA in 5th grade
        2. Digital Citizenship Safety lessons throughout the year
        3. School Psychologist and Social Worker hold small groups to support kids with friendship challenges, anxiety and social skills.
      2. Administration to explore options for dedicated ‘eliminate bullying’ sessions
        1. Consider an assembly and within grade level classes
        2. Consider sending a survey to look at impact of bullying
      3. Create a survey to send out to parents about bullying and conflict for the purpose of gathering data and feedback to guide the school in teaching skills and training for students. 
    4. Science Presentation/Night – Janae Holland
      1. Looking at ideas and costs
        1. Rocket launching and have parents pay an amount to help cover the cost of a rocket kit.
    5. District Planning Update
      1. Meeting on 3/10/26 from 6-7 p.m. at Granite 
        1. Updates on boundary changes and an opportunity for feedback from parents.
    6. PTA Update
      1. There is still a need for Book Blitz volunteers and Art Night volunteers.
      2. Continue the conversation at our next meeting regarding the STEAM Night activities.
