1. Welcome
   1. Approval of last meeting’s minutes (2/10/20)

   2.  Scribe for this meeting’s minutes – Toni Williams
2. Finalize the TSSP (Teacher Student Success Act – replace CSIP) and LAND Trust plans for upcoming school year
   1. On track to spend all funds for TSSP and Land Trust
   2. Able to put five out of six top priorities from last meeting in the plan, excluding Dreambox. Principal Stacy applied for a grant for Dreambox.

   3. SCC present signed with Zac Watne and Jen Baxter to come to the school during the week to sign. (Signatures due to the district 4/13/20.)
   4. Will keep all three previously discussed goals. School is on track to be in the high 70’s by end of the school year.
3. Discuss elections, ballots, open seats and timing of election
   
   1. Teresa Mayall will not be on SCC next year due to PTA obligations.
   2. Principal Stacy to make mention of SCC openings in the May newsletter.
   3. Timing of election will be mid-August when school starts up again.
4. School report of safety drills and budget for current year plan
   1. February – Shelter-in-place
   2. March – Hazmat drill
   3. April – Earthquake drill
5. PTA Update
   1. Fun Run will be run by a third-party company this year
   2. PTA looking for members for the executive board (specifically treasurer)
6. Other
   1. Coronavirus – Custodians are spraying district-approved cleaning materials through ionizers. School and kids continue using hand sanitizers and washing hands.
   2. April meeting cancelled since necessary upcoming business was completed in March meeting.
