  2. Approve February SCC meeting minutes
    1. Motion to approve the February minutes by Ryan Zimmerman, seconded by Cinnamin Morton.

  3. Discussion and report back on SNAP plan
    1. Mr. DeMill reported back that the playground will be gated and closed for student safety.
  4. Finalize and sign TSSP and Land Trust plans
    1. ELA and Math Focus: School goals and focus ar based on Acadience benchmark data and 5th grade RISE at the end-of-year assessment.
    2. Goals: By the end of the 2024-2025 school year, 80% or more of Lone Peak students will make typical or better progress in reading and 85% in math as measured by Acadience Pathways to Progress. Fifth graders will increase their proficiency on purpose, focus, and organization in writing by 40% on the RISE.
    3. Funds will be used for instructional assistants for classroom support in reading, math, Chinese, and progress monitoring, MTSS, increased hours for BTSA visual arts, drama teacher and the school counselor. 
    4. There will be an assistant principal starting next school year. 
    5. There are funds for I Ready Licenses for math, PBIS software, supplies, prizes ($2 per student), the Grace Dearborne professional development and other training in school professional development.
    6. Discussion about a family STEAM night to help with a positive school culture to be held before winter break.
  5. Sign signature pages to approve Land Trust and TSSP plans.
    1. Members in attendance signed the signature pages and agreed to the plans. We will put it to a vote at the meeting in April.
