    1. Introduction and Meeting Agenda
    2. Approve minutes from November
    3. Begin work on next school year TSSP and Land Trust
    4. Review the current Land Trust plan goals
    5. Review and discuss the school vandalism

  2. Approve November SCC Meeting Minutes
    1. Motion to approve the November minutes by Lorie Langeland, seconded by Jennifer Willie.

  3. Review of Land Trust Plan – Principal Tracy Stacy
    1. Land Trust and TSSP funds were used for the following: five instructional support assistants, one assistant for the Flight Deck, the 5th Brain Booster teacher (Theatre), BTSA increased, Grace Dearborne training, Dreambox licenses, substitutes and some class supplies.
    2. Looking at two other school/district plans to help build our plan for next year
    3. Come next month with ideas – Craig will assign sites to look and review
  4. Review and School Goals for Plans
    1. Current goals K-3: 80% of students will make typical or better growth on the Acadience Reading
    2. Current goals 4th-5th: 80% of students will make typical or better growth on the (RI) Reading Inventory.
    3. Current goals all grades: 80% of students will make typical or better growth on the Acadience Math
    4. Decrease office referrals: teachers use behavior flow chart, reteach expectations, refer to Big 4 Posters, increase PBIS points
  5. School Vandalism Update – Principal Tracy Stacy
    1. Vandalism on school property has been an ongoing concern at Lone Peak Elementary.
    2. Discussions on what is and can be done: There is an outstanding grant to update outdoor cameras, however, there has been no word when that will be approved. Tracy will follow up with Ryan Jakeman about the grant.
    3. Needs to secure the building: better cameras and lighting in the back of the school, a computer in the front office to watch footage. All cameras need to be in top working order.
    4. There is still a need for neighborhood/community support and more patrolling by Sandy City Police. Principal Stacy has reported all incidents and concerns to Risk Management and the police department. She feels that this issue is not getting the attention it needs.
    5. The SCC members agree this is a safety concern for our school and needs to be addressed and taken seriously. The council will consider attending the next board meeting to make our concerns known. Craig Estep will be our spokesperson.
