- Extra Kindergarten teacher to bring down class size

- Plans were found for schools that had funding for BrainPop, Dyad Reading program, and ESL certification for teachers.

- Use assistants for the first 6-8 weeks on K-2 grades for classroom support.

- Jennifer Willie: Review of Salt Lake and Granite District:
- Review and School Goals for Plans
- Current Goal K-3rd: 80% of students will make typical or better growth on the Acadience Reading.
- Current Goal 4th-5th: 80% of students will make typical or better growth on the RI (Reading Inventory).
- All Grades Goal: 80% of students will make typical or better growth on the Acadience Math.
- Decrease Office Referrals: Teachers use behavior flow chart, reteach expectations, refer to Big 4 posters, and increase PBIS points.
- We have a good idea of how to allocate Land Trust and TSSP funds. We will wait until we know how much money we will get for next year and continue discussion at the next meeting.
