  1. Welcome
    1. Approval of last meeting’s minutes (3/8/21) – Victor moved to approve, Crystal-2nd, all present approved

  2. School Safety Report
    1. Review
      1. Blacktop
        1. Resurfacing (re-coat) will take place this summer
      2. Windows on portables
        1. Camera installed
    2. Items have been addressed and entered into the Dashboard
  3. Finalize TSSP and Land Trust Plans
    1. Plans have been approved for next year
    2. Carryover
      1. There was some carryover due to certain aide positions not been filled because of lack of applicants
      2. The board has approved the carryover
        1. Land Trust $12,319 will be used for materials and supplies (i.e. Visual Arts Teacher and incorporationof math and science within this program)
        2. TSSP $6,800 will be used for materials and supplies (i.e. technology related to math – Dreambox licenses, etc.)
        3. Ms. Stacy will continue to look into the options related to orchestra and choir/singing
        4. Motion to spend the carryover-Toni moved to approve, Victor-2nd
  4. Discuss elections, ballots, and open seats
    1. Openings for 2021-2022 School Year
      1. 2 new staff openings
      2. Michelle will be moving with child
      3. Will put out openings at the end of summer and vote in chair and vice chair in September
  5. Discuss whether we need to meet in May
    1. Group decided we do not need to meet

    1. No upates

    1. Egg Drop is still happening
      1. One class at a time outside
      2. Event will have a Zoom option due to COVID precautions
    2. Volunteering at school resumed
      1. COVID stipulations will be required to help
