Enrollment is now open for the 2025-2026 school year.
Who Needs to Enroll?
- Kindergarten Students (see kindergarten information below)
- New Students to Lone Peak (including those accepted on permit or into dual immersion)
Students transferring from another Canyons District school do not need to submit an enrollment application. Parents/legal guardians should email lonepeak@canyonsdistrict.org with their student’s name, current school, and attach proof of residency if moving into Lone Peak Elementary boundaries.
Enrollment Instructions
Complete the enrollment application below with the required documents.
- If you have another student in Canyons District and already have a Skyward Family Access account, please complete the enrollment/required documents application here.
- If you are new to Canyons District, please create a temporary account first and then submit the enrollment required documents here.
Please be prepared to upload scanned copies of the following required documents:
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record (electronic copy, not yellow card) OR Utah Immunization Exemption Certificate
- Proof of Residency (not required for students who live outside Lone Peak Elementary boundaries if a permit has been approved or the student has been accepted into the dual immersion program)
Exceptions for required forms will be made for McKinney-Vento students who are displaced or experiencing homelessness.
Kindergarten
If you are interested in half-day kindergarten, complete the enrollment application and submit the Half-Day Kindergarten Interest Form by February 28, 2025.
We will hold a Kindergarten Orientation on March 27th from 9:30-10:00 in the Lone Peak gym.
