- SCC Bylaws
- Shad DeMill presented updates to Lone Peak Elementary School Bylaws.
- Reviewed having nine members as part of the SCC
- Change to alternating 50% (four and four) of seats per year
- Update to specify two unexcused SCC meetings would result in the member being removed and/or replaced by the council
- Shad DeMill will send updated version for approval.

- Shad DeMill presented updates to Lone Peak Elementary School Bylaws.
- Safe Walking Route (Due November 1st)
- Concern in plan:
- Add flags, speed check signs, a police officer in the afternoon or some other solution to create more visibiliy for the crosswalk on Wasatch and High Mesa
- Top of Lone Eagle Drive no longer has a crosswalk painted. We would like a crosswalk painted there since many children walk that route to to to school.

- SCC makes recommendations and advises the school and school district on the Digital Citizenship plan.

- Each student receives digital citizenship lessons throughout the school year. A letter goes home outlining what the lessons cover throughout the school year. Some information is shared in emails from Shad DeMill and at STEAM night. Stickers are given out to students who show good digital citizenship for the week this is focused on.

- Acadience Beginning of Year Data Review and Goals
- K-1st grades: at or above 85% proficient as measured by Acadience Nonsense Word Fluency (NWF)
- 2nd-3rd grades: 80% of students will make typical or better progress in reading as measured by Acadience Pathways to Progress
- 4th-5th grades: at or above 75% proficient for Rise testing
- K-5th grades: 80% or above for Pathways to Progress (math)

- The state regularly audits the school website. That audit will be coming up soon.
