We are having fun handing out student items!
Student items from desks have been bagged and will be ready for pick-up this week according to the schedule below. We will be coordinating pick-up via the school’s front parking lot. We have a limited staff helping with this coordination so it is critical that you follow the pick-up schedule outline below.
Last Names A-B: Wednesday, April 22 between 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Last Names C-D: Wednesday, April 22 between 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Last Names E-F-G: Wednesday, April 22 between 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
Last Names H-I-J: Thursday, April 23rd between 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Last Names K-L-M: Thursday, April 23rd between 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Last Names N-O-P: Thursday, April 23rd between 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
Last Names Q-R-S: Friday, April 24th between 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Last Names T-U-V-W-X-Y-Z: Friday, April 24th between 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Due to logistics and traffic volume, it is essential that you come to pick up student items at the time you have been assigned according to last name. School staff will only have items outside in those letter groupings. As a result, you will only be able to pick up your students’ items. If you have two students who live in your home with different last names, please email Ms. Stacy to let her know which letter grouping you will be coming to.
Due to skylight construction, we will not be able to store any items past Friday, April 24th.
